the museum

Espacio Byte is a Digital Art Museum, a virtual environment dedicated exclusively to computer art. A network for artists who, through the use of digital technology as a means of expression, propose new languages, poetics and aesthetic values.

We bring together a large spectrum of digital artistic practices including audio, visual, coding and interactive works as well as the ones created specifically to be experienced on the Internet. It is an online platform to learn about their first manifestations, contemporary movements and current issues.

The museum is a non-profit organization focused on education and providing scope for exchange and collaboration. A source of information and recreation; an interactive experience without physical limitations, open 24 hours a day.

Founded in 2013, Espacio Byte was created with the mission of exhibiting, conserving and interpreting digital art. A web space to explore and enjoy this new art dimension.
